Great stay with no complaints at all! the place is pretty clean, has super friendly staff, and is in a great spot near the mountains, cafes, and the coast. the food and hot drinks are top-notch! 🌟.

The hotel/room was impeccably clean.

There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table in my guest room:)))

This place was peaceful and the staff was exceptional and wonderful. My room was exceptionally nice and the bed was extremely comfy. There was a huge variety of nice meals. The location was marvellous in a coastal area, very close to a seafront cafe as well as the Port. Again, the hotel was 10 minutes by car from a cubical shrine.

Where was parking lot?.

the room was a decent size and had a nice private bathroom. the beds were comfy and we really liked that. 😊.

Warm hospitality: The staff at this hotel were so friendly and accommodating, it felt like staying with family.

Noise: Some guests were quite loud, which made it difficult to get a peaceful sleep.

Modern place with reasonably clean and large rooms for relaxing. Excellent value and unbeatable location near the beach and mountains. Free parking on site. Really comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble.

The rooms at Hotel Surfances are so cozy and inviting, with beautiful hardwood floors that make you feel right at home. The beds are super comfy, and having the option of an extra bed is just perfect for a guest like me who likes to spread out. Plus, the central heating keeps the room nice and toasty during those chilly nights.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the safes in the rooms. I feel like they take up unnecessary space and I prefer to keep my belongings close to me.

The hotel was a simple and modern spotlessly clean place to stay in Northern Spain. The friendly and welcoming staff offered us a warm greeting and made our stay pleasant. Breakfasts were fresh and had a variety of delectable options, including cheese and meats. The hotel's location is suitable for exploring the surrounding scenic beauty. It is also a short walk from a beautiful beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

While the hotel's staff were friendly, they didn't have a great command of the English language. , the hotel was located in a slightly strange area that didn't use its spectacular beaches to advantage.

We had a great stay! Our room was spacious and super clean, and we really enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a great selection of cereals, fruits, baked goods, and hot drinks. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, cafes, and the small harbour. The staff at reception did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated.

Lovely location with plenty of tourist attractions nearby. Free Wi-Fi and a cozy cafe with terrace. The restaurant serves homemade meals. The lounge is spacious and comfortable. Kids can enjoy the play area in the garden. Easily accessible to town services and amenities.

I was absolutely thrilled that there were no safety features at the property. Who needs a fire extinguisher or a first aid kit anyway?

Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. Located close to beautiful beach and marina area. Plentiful continental breakfast.

Inconsistent quality of evening meals led to dining elsewhere. Lacking in-room amenities such as electric points and hooks for hanging clothes.

Spacious Lounge with TV and Sofas: I felt like a VIP lounging on these comfortable sofas while savoring my favorite shows. It was like having my own private cinema, but with all the convenience of a hotel. The lounge provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Suances.

Noisy Guests: Unfortunately, there were some noisy guests during my stay. I could hear their conversations and activities, especially children and elderly people.

The location of the hotel is perfect as there are many cafes near the bay with great atmosphere and delicious local cuisine. It is also situated near a beautiful beach where guests can go for a swim. Although the rooms are small, they are still comfortable and clean. the bathroom is functional and well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel seem unfriendly and unwelcoming which can negatively impact a guest's stay.
